A few of my favorite frames from the experimental film photo shoot with Leah at a horse farm in Massachusetts. Film looks strange and wonderful compared with the perfect digital images we see everywhere nowadays.

Thanks to Leah and all involved for making this cold, experimental photo shoot a success!
Some images from the experimental part of our photo shoot.

top 2 images = Holga film
bottom 4 images = Ricoh point-and-shoot digital camera

I did some bridals with Leah at her aunt’s horse farm in Massachusetts. Most of the session featured experimental photos using holga and film, but I took a few frames with my canon camera as well. Leah’s wearing the “Lindsey” tartan in the image on the left, and a stunning faux fur stole in the image on the right.

Some photos from one of the beautiful autumn days in October, at MIT’s Killian Court. This area is an elegant respite from the chaos of the Infinite Corridor, and used to be the front entrance for MIT back in the days when you had to take a boat over from Boston. It was also in this area Livia and Jeff somewhat awkwardly professed their mutual interest over blue chips and guacamole.

This was Livia’s third dress from the wedding day, her dancing dress. I’ve always been a fan of that greco-roman look so I was so happy she decided to do a post-wedding bridal session with me.
Livia the neuroscientist rocked her quipao on our bridal session on campus. MIT is where she and a certain astrophysicist met and fell in love.

Don’t you think these photos look like they belong in a fashion magazine with some cheesy name like “East meets West”?? The best part about all of these images is that not 20 feet from any point we were shooting, there was an MIT grad student, professor, or staff member working hard to solve the world’s problems while Livia was trying her best just to walk in the tight, slinky red dress.

Hahahaha
I photographed Jenny’s wedding in Pennsylvania in September. When she got back from her honeymoon, we did a lovely little bridal session at Larz Anderson Park in Brookline at the peak of the fall foliage.

I chose this image in particular because you can see my feet.
